As of early 2025, Hawaii, Iowa, Massachusetts, Montana, New York, and Oregon have introduced PSYPACT legislation but have not yet enacted PSYPACT
As of early 2025, Alaska, California, Guam, Louisiana, New Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands do not have any active PSYPACT legislation
